Refund Policy

Thank you for booking a session at our pool.
We hope you are happy with your booking and able to use the session. However, if you for any reason you cannot / do not wish to go ahead with booking please contact us As Soon As Possible (ASAP) via email bookings@plumstadpool.co.uk or telephone 01603 721990.
If your request is made (whether or not seen by us later) up to 48 hours prior to the session, you are entitled to your choice of a full refund / the session to be moved to a future date / coupon code for future booking.
For shorter time periods it is up to our discretion given the circumstances, unless you have been told to self-isolate following a positive PCR test or you are awaiting a PCR result when the minimum time period is negated and again you are entitled to a full refund / the session to be moved to a future date / coupon code for future booking
As per our terms and conditions we may also need to cancel your session for reasons such as mechanical breakdown of pool machinery, in this case you will also be entitled to your choice of a full refund / the session to be moved to a future date / coupon code for future booking.
If you are unhappy with your experience at our pool please contact us As Soon As Possible via email bookings@plumstadpool.co.uk or telephone 01603 721990 with details and we will endeavour to find an agreeable solution which may involve an explanation, future credit or a refund depending on the circumstances.
All refund requests will be actioned via your original payment method ASAP but always within 48 hours.
