• Kids / pool parties must make separate contact as separate rules apply.
• Guests swim entirely at their own risk, there must always be 2 competent swimmers present whenever anybody is swimming. We recommend at least a ratio of 1:1 for every competent swimmer to every swimmer that requires assistance. No more than 8 swimmers (including children) at any one time. 
• Guests must bring a mobile phone with them to use in case of emergency. Any injuries, incidents or contact with emergency services on site to be reported to Plumstead Pool.
• Sessions last one hour, this includes changing time, therefore please act in a considerate manner towards others by allowing enough time to change
• Guests are responsible for leaving the changing room in a clean and tidy state, taking dirty nappies with them.
• Neither end of the pool is the recommended depth for diving so no diving, dive bombs or pushing others in the pool.
• Any child who is not fully toilet trained must at least wear a well-fitting disposable swim nappy, ideally with a reusable outer swim nappy
• No guest to swim if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Any damage caused to the facilities must be reported to owners and maybe chargeable
• Guests should be physically well and consult with a doctor if they have any concerns prior to swimming
• No food or drink to be consumed within the premises, other than plastic bottles of water, NO GLASS.
• Moisturises, perfumes, natural oils, talcum powder, body and tanning lotions all have an affect on water quality so please shower before swimming.
• External door to be shut immediately after entering and no windows to be opened, we are unable to maintain the air and pool temperature without this being adhered to.
• Door to changing room to be kept open when not in use to maintain pool and room temperature
• Bookings can be cancelled by guests or Plumstead Pool for any reason up to 48 hours in advance and a full refund or an alternative suitable slot will be given
• If the pool has to close for essential maintenance we will contact guests as soon as possible and offer either a refund (minus bank or PayPal fees) or an alternative suitable date & time
• We try our best to maintain a consistent temperature above 30˚C but if it does dip below we will contact you to offer a full refund or an alternative date & time
• Up to 2 cars can be parked behind each other in our driveway, otherwise all guests must park at the village hall. If your car blocks access to either our neighbour or large vehicles on the road you may have future bookings cancelled without a refund.
• These rules are for guests safety and leisure, any guest in breach of these rules may be asked to leave and further sessions could be cancelled
